Hello and welcome to week 4 of your Mindset, Mindfulness & Mastery Group Coaching Programme.
Many clients I work with find that they struggle with the relentlessness of being a self-promoting, business-minded, results-focused machine at all times. And I can totally empathise. When you’re building your business it is all consuming and sometimes that can be downright exhausting. But building visibility is a fundamental part of developing any business, especially businesses that rely on one person only. My advice is to automate what you can and keep the long goal in mind. Regularly adding to your social media presence or building your mailing lists can (and does!) take time but a little every day will soon see a big result.
This week, we will be looking at what makes for engaging content AND what a sales funnel and opt in is (to start building your list). In our group calls this week I will show you my facebook ads, landing pages and how it all fits together in reality.
Also, this week, we have two wonderful mindfulness exercises to do a Meditation for Relaxation as well as a Walking Meditation practise. Please find time to incorporate these into your daily routine and feel free to combine with week 1-3 meditations if you'd like to mix it up. I’d love to know how you find them.
Sarah Dawson (our personal social media strategist) has joined our Facebook group and is scheduling a bespoke 1:1 call with each of you. This is incredibly valuable as she will be able to provide bespoke advice that fits your business and is tailored to where you are at right now.
Sarah needs some background into your businesses and current social presence, so please share your social account links with her and answer the following questions:
1. What social platforms are you currently on?
2. Roughly how many times per week do you post?
3. How do you source the content you post?
4. Roughly how much time per week do you spend engaging with followers and potential new followers? (so liking, commenting, reposting etc).
5. Are you strategic about who you follow, or do you follow anyone who follows you?
6. Have you tried advertising on social media at all and if so, how did it go?
