Week 3

 
 

Hello and welcome to week 3 of your Mindset,  Mindfulness & Mastery Group Coaching Programme. This week we are going to be getting greater clarity on your brand and how you are going to stand out from the crowd. 

We will look to understand more about what you stand for, what makes you unique, how you can start to define and distill your brand beliefs and qualities, as well as how to communicate all of this across your website, platforms and branding.  It will be helpful to print the workbook out and fill it out whilst you watch the videos, as these will give you examples to work with and spark ideas.

This week, as always we also have a wonderful mindfulness exercise to do. Together we will take a gentle retreat from any worries or stresses that you may be experiencing, with our guided meditation - The Inner Garden. Please find time to incorporate this into your daily routine and feel free to combine with week 1 or 2 meditations if you'd like to mix it up a bit.

Monday

I will ask for your weekly goals to be shared in our Facebook group.


Wednesday

Our group coaching sessions will take place on Wednesday at 10am and Wednesday at 7.30pm, so please just hop on to whichever time suits you best (I will share the Zoom link in the group for you each week). Please come ready to discuss wins, progress and your weekly goal for coaching in the session.


Thursday

I will be available for a weekly Q&A and to provide support in the Facebook Q&A thread to help you achieve your goals. 


Friday

I will ask you to share your weekly successes and we will celebrate progress.
